V0.2.35.50 is now available from all the usual places. AppToDate, http://www.nicque.com/PQz etc.

This is a .cab, so just download it and run it.
You may or may not have to delete the contents of the cache_DB folder. If you have issues follow all the steps here before posting for Help. here
