How to log a found cache

I found how I can log a trackable, but not how I can log a normal cache?

From the cache page (where you see the buttons for Description, Hint, Cache logs etc):

Select Menu
Select Post Log/Field Notes
Select Field Notes
Select Menu
Select Add

In the drop down box, select Found It

In the big text box type your log wording

Click OK

Now press and hold the log you have just created, which should now have a blue tick beside it.

A menu pops up with:
Edit
Delete
Post Log

Select Post Log

The software will spin for a short while then your log will appear and you can make any final changes or add a trackable from your inventory (by pressing the inventory button and selecting which TBs you are dropping).

Then click OK and the log will be posted through to the web site.

The tick will now change to a red one to indicate that the log has been posted.

I will post 1-2 ideas in the feature request forum.

There is an easyer way to do this. You can save a couple of steps.

From the cache's main window

Menu>>Post Log/Field Notes>>Post Log

The software will spin for a short while then your log will appear and you can make any final changes or add a trackable from your inventory (by pressing the inventory button and selecting which TBs you are dropping).

Then click OK and the log will be posted through to the web site.

You will now get a RED check beside the cache
