delete Caches in a List Empty delete Caches in a List

Hi,
can i delete more than one cahce at once?
My Problem i have 10 Lists. These Lists i fitted together in one List.
But now i have some caches are doubled. I sorted them at Cache Codes and now I delete the duplicate caches one by one.
Have anybody an Idea how i can delete easier.
