GS TOS question

Hi-
I am new to geocaching and GS (yesterday). I downloaded the GCzII software yesterday onto my HTC HD2 smartphone. While trying to find out how to use, I read a lot in the xda-developers forum. I saw a lot of posts about it violating the GS TOS and on this forum found a post on how to avoid violating the TOS.

My question is: If I use the GCzII software as is, what will happen? Will GS automatically know? If so, what will they do, etc. Any info/details appreciated.

They will not know. You will not get banned. I have been using GCzII almost exlusivly for my caching since day one (my day one, not GS's day one). No issues.

The violation is all in the interpretation of the TOS. I guess the only interpretation that matters though is GS's.
